We accept all forms of United States, Canadian. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation and ALL forms of commercial insurance. Specifically, we have written contracts/agreements with the following major managed care insurers/networks.

Direct Primary Care Services will be provided via subscription at our location for $250 per patient per month. This service is limited to one in person visit and 2 telemedicine visits per month.  No Health Insurance is needed. save money on health insurance premium by subscribing to Direct Primary Care Services. 

No Insurances No Problem – We are cheaper ($150 per visit) Than Big Names Emergency Rooms ($500 per visit) while providing Same Services at our location.
