I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Ajay Patel and his staff. I typically struggle with the idea of going to the doctor because their normal routine is to band aid the issue or pass my care off to a local emergency room. With Dr. Ajay Patel that is not the case at all. He takes his time, is extremely thorough, and cares for the entire patient as if you were his own family member. He dives deep to make sure that he has addressed the complete issue and doesn’t stop until he knows his patient has received the best care. I was extremely sick when I first saw him and he made sure before I left with a detailed plan of action for my treatment, to give me his personal cell phone number and checked on my progress regularly around the clock even on his days off. He helps with everything even as far as making sure that the pharmacy fills prescriptions precisely according to how he ordered. I truly believe Dr. Ajay Patel and his staff are a significant factor in me being able to avoid long term hospitalization during my recent diagnosis, and for that I will forever be grateful. My only regret is that my insurance won’t let me establish Dr. Ajay Patel as my full-time primary physician. With I will happily continue to pay an urgent care copay as long as I can be seen by Dr. Ajay in the future. He’s beyond worth it. He is a life saver! We need more physicians such as him that truly care for their patients!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Ajay Patel and the staff ER Care. I have visited this location on several occasions and each time I am treated with the utmost care. Dr. Ajay Patel goes above and beyond to ensure he treats his entire patient rather than applying a quick fix to the problem at hand. He is aware that issues often come from underlying factors and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure his patients heal properly. He has even gone as far as giving out his personal cell phone number and checking in regularly including on his days off to make sure that his patient is improving. I truly believe his care and consideration are key factors in my recent recovery and my ability to avoid a long-term hospitalization.
I will forever be grateful for Dr. Ajay Patel and his staff at ER Care. Especially his nurse Bree who was kind and compassionate when she was aware that I was struggling and did her best to keep me at ease and comfortable while awaiting my testing and results. This team possesses the type of quality and care that healthcare workers should possess. My only regret is that I can’t establish them as my primary care physicians. They’re amazing.

So glad I chose this urgent care. I looked at a couple others but came here based on the reviews. They got me in quickly and easily. Ajay Patel was able to refer me for a stat CT scan that afternoon and the staff made sure my meds were ready for me at the pharmacy asap. Mr. Patel followed up with me immediately after the CT scan, again the next morning and yet again on Sunday the following day. He took the time to run through my symptoms again and make additional recommendations on follow up along with referrals to a couple of other specialists. Highly recommend! Thanks to Mr. Patel for his excellent care and concern.

I took my son there and he had abdomen pain and vomiting. The nurses take good care of my son they comfort him. They had to give IV, but his veins keep on collapsing but they were very patience with my son I was giving up but not Dr. Ajay Patel- he did everything and finally got IV in for hydration. They check on him every time they bring him blankets. finally, we were able to home, and they call us later the evening to make he is ok. I had no insurance so I had to pay cash I was scared that price will be high, but it was responsibly low cost I want thank DR. Ajay Patel. thank you for your patience keep up the good work.

I was blown away by the care I got here. Dr. Ajay Patel is the only doctor I met that I would trust with my life easily without second guessing his opinion on what is wrong. ER CARE is very lucky to have this guy working for them and I am so glad that he is continuing to care for people even after being retired.
The front desk people though are little to be desired. Had me setting there for over 45 mins (dying with pneumonia and covid-d) before I walked up and asked “Am I missing anything else besides these papers I filled out” then I was told I needed to complete some other stuff that was texted to me. I was so sick I was not staring at my phone and never been there before to magically know I needed to do it. Overall, I was waiting over 1 hour and 30 mins

I saw Dr. Patel for shoulder pain in my right arm. The wait was minimal, and my service was awesome! After taking an x-ray he gave me a shot for anti-inflammatory and a cortisone shot. The relief was instant. I highly recommend this office.

I been to this walk-in clinic a few times already. Every visit has been pleasant, the nurses and doctors are very nice and helpful. I do not have a PCP at this time and do not have health insurance and was recently seen by Dr Patel to get my medication renewed and he took the time to offer me different low-cost options for labs and meds. Their self-pay rate is reasonable, the clinic is clean & the staff is friendly. I have been to other urgent cares before, and this place is by far the best one. I highly recommend them

Came in with previously and as it turned out misdiagnosed by another Urgent Care kidney infection. Spent days in acute pain and on antibiotics which didn’t help. Dr. Ajay Patel right off the bat told me it didn’t look like kidney infection to him. He ordered an x-ray which proved his initial diagnosis- ARTHRITIS! Gave me a shot and prescribed other meds which relieved me from the pain almost immediately. I was able to walk again after a few short hours. SPOT ON! Cannot thank him enough! I recently had to take my daughter here as she was having difficulty breathing and I suspected croup. Night lite Pediatrics said they couldn’t see her for 4 hours. I came in and the lady at the front heard me and the panic I had and took my daughter in to triage. When they heard her breathing, I got taken back to the doctor who diagnosed what my pediatrician had missed and got her on a nebulizer within minutes. The entire staff wished my daughter well as we were leaving, and I was so grateful for their speed to assist. Would recommend ER Care and Dr. Ajay Patel
